I think something in my laptop's charging circuit has gone bad because I tested the adapter and power Jack and they're both fine, I even tried removing the battery and holding the power button for 30 seconds. what components should I test. It's HP elitebook 6930p

I was using my Hp elitebook 6930p laptop and suddenly it stopped charging, I got a new charger but it still wasn't turning on. I tested power jack which is good but there's no led light when I plug in the adapter. I also tried the removing battery holding power button for 30 seconds method...
