My laptop won't turn on

I was using my Hp elitebook 6930p laptop and suddenly it stopped charging, I got a new charger but it still wasn't turning on. I tested power jack which is good but there's no led light when I plug in the adapter. I also tried the removing battery holding power button for 30 seconds method already. Can my laptop be fixed, is it the motherboard?

Hi just a thought sometimes an overlooked situation? Have you tried moving the laptop to a different wall power outlet.

Yes I've already tried that

A failed or defective battery can if left in the laptop while trying to start the laptop up can also cause a no power and led not to light up. Try removing battery one more time and powering up without it. Try wiggling the mains power plug in the socket see if power light comes on.If none of these work and no one else has any ideas then it's in need of repair.

I tried all those already, I'm thinking it's the motherboard, maybe the charging circuit is defected or something
