What computer speakers should I get for no more than $100?

Looking for the highest quality speakers for the price. Let me know what you think. Thanks I want one that has clear sound, loud, with a decent amount of bass Also, what's better? Logitech Z523 OR Creative Gigaworks Series II T20 Speaker System

Creative GigaWorks T20 Series II 28 watts RMS 2.0 Speakers Any Good?

Somebody suggested it. Want to know from others based on specs / reviews if it has good audio / bass. I don't trust the online reviews because they say some 11.99 speakers have "Superb Audio"
