    my motherboard firmware is F.10 Rev.A insyde 20. is it possible to unlock the bios? need this due to display using intel graphics so cant record display with nvidia graphics

    this is all pointing to a bad battery, might have to send back to HP. I ran a battery check and this is what i got HP service is not installed. CeementBatteryCheckResult: 12 DevicesSupported: 0 DeviceCount: 0
