my motherboard firmware is F.10 Rev.A insyde 20. is it possible to unlock the bios?
need this due to display using intel graphics so cant record display with nvidia graphics

Model is irrelevant - there's no way to, nor any reason HP would let you, unlock the motherboard.

And the issue you're having isn't necessarily a BIOS issue. What makes you think it is?

I'm trying to disable integrated graphics so it switches it to nvidia (everything in nvidia control panel doesnt fix my problem)
also, how would i unlock the motherboard? got these specs after doing "wmic baseboard get product,Manufacturer,version,serialnumber" in cmd. "Manufacturer Product SerialNumber Version

If you were able to disable the intel integrated graphics you would be in an even worse mess because, on a laptop, Windows can't display anything without it. So now you know why laptop manufacturers don't let you change many things in the simple BIOS, it's to stop you messing it up big time and then expecting them to fix it for free --

You can't unlock the motherboard. Period.

And what is your problem exactly? Why do you only need the Nvidia GPU running?
