Thank you. About replacing the battery: It is not one that can be removed. Or at least "I" can't remove it. It states on the back that it's not removable.

I held down all 3 buttons until I saw the red light. The first time I did it, the red light blinked. The 2nd, 3rd, & 4th times the red light just came on and has stayed on and is still on. The phone is plugged into the charger, but it won't turn on. Ugh
