If PC randomly turns off its usually has to do smth with processor, most likely it overheated and melted at some time, had that issue As for the game,also having random crashes with it im using i3-2100 and GTX 750 Ti OC.. terrible FPS even on medium settings too. That CPU is very dated...

vsync is ***** developed ages ago for CRT TVs which prolonges horizontal synchronization through enitre length of scan line.. pretty sick huh? It was developed to prevent screen tearing but as a side effect caps the refresh rate (also framerate) which is really welcomed for fluid performance...

turn vsync off ,it caps your framerate bro.

well,considering you're using it for gaming,the GPU is a bit dated GTX 870M, latest gen GTX 970M and especially GTX 980M are whole head above it,however it's still a decent gaming laptop

guys like alienware,razer,steelseries,turtlebeach,apple are ripping people off in middle of white day,their "products" if we can call em so are extremely overpriced. As for MSI/ASUS,both are well established brand giants around here.Personal opinion would be MSI,just because they're doing BIOS...
