I downloaded the Toshiba service station 2.2.9 But I could not find how to access the BIOS. It must be another program. Have any ideas? **Update**I downloaded the program but it was not compatible with this version of windows. So I need to install windows 7 on to another laptop drive and...

It is booting now and it decided to launch automatic repair so I need to tell it no, just boot Windows 10.

Maybe I should try downloading the Utility on the link you sent me. Reinstalling HDD now. If it works I can reset to defaults. (which means no fast boot :) )

Grab a USB Keyboard and plug it in. Use that instead.
