So no one is sure:about it and it is difficult to backup a lot of data at low speeds and formatting and if it doesn't work it will be a huge disappointment.

Not sure abouth the price but approximately 700$ I think for the Dell Latitude.

Both are good for youe needs but go for the ideapad because it has double the hdd size and is only 1 k more costly.
