    The resolution is 2160x1200 per eye, which in total is around 3024x1680 in terms of horse power, does this new technology mean that it will only need to render 2160x1200 in total now?

    Is VR underwhelming?

    I'm getting a HTC vive and i will have roughly 12x12 feet of space to use up and I've never used VR at all but from a outside perspective i personally feel that every game i see that is based on VR looks gimmicky but it is actually a tonne of fun and Its a experience that would overwhelm me.

    Yes but you will need to pay £1200+ for it, if its coming with a GTX 1080 and i7 K series and 16GB ram with custom designed shockproof and mobile engineered case with straps and padding for comfort and re-chargable batteries, only rich kids will have it.

    Basically its for smaller room setups, does the game recognize my cameras are closer and adjust the gameplay accordingly?

    I ordered it from Scan.co.uk, they will send without shipping costs so total of £700 over the £746 from america's HTC vive.com, estimated 30th of june and I'm receiving constant e-mails and text messages informing on updates with the tracking code when available.
