I have tried that numerous. It shows that it has sound with the green volume scale. But nothing in the headphones. I've now tried it with wireless ear pods. Same thing nothing. These are brand new as well. Cannot get them to work either.

How can I stop synching. I can't even use my phone at work. Because my computer at work gets files from my phone. I don't wsant to synch unless I choose. Not someone or something(computer).
