It is under warranty but it just was serviced like a week or two ago because keyboard was broken ( some buttons were freezing like stopping working then working again after a while ) and they changed the laptop keyboard and I didnt test the microphone after the repair so maybe yeah it's damaged...

Yeah I've unmuted it in both privacy settings and system settings

I don't have set up microphone option after configure but i did try changing the properties tho, still doesnt work

I've tried both laptop built-in microphone and my headset microphone and none work The microphone is turned on in privacy settings and system sounds settings but it does nothing The headset microphone works on my phones and other computer but not on my laptop I also updated my Realtek HD Audio...

Thanks for answering but i forgot to mention that ive already done all of those I think I should unplug and plug in the keyboard cable to the motherboard because thats the only thing i havent done yet so ill probably go to the store i bought the laptop in since i still have warranty thing

It's not every button, it's just like 10 probably: S, K, O, Ctrl, Backspace and some numbers They randomly freeze and dont want to work when and its so annoying when i play games where the S button is important so like its annoying all the time and it's been like this since like a month ago...
