I hope that is the problem, because I talked with Dell and they said it's the motherboard and that we should replace it... But the thing is I doubt it's the mobo and besides if I change the mobo to a refurbished one.. I might as well get a new laptop 🤷🏼

I am also using a laptop cooler but it doesn't do much since the temps go this high... I'd love to change the thermal paste but again I'll loose the warranty... I don't know what to do because this laptop won't last long with temps like this..
