Need help with my msi gs63vr the laptop well not turn on and check the charger and charger port if it getting power and it is. But I noticed that two part of charger port is not solder in properly

I use a multimeter to take the charger and charger port to see if it getting power. And it is showing that it getting power. But there one thing I noticed that the two pin for charger port is not in properly. Will this cause the motherboard to not receive power?

I brought a Msi GS63VR Stealth-252 off of someone who said it doesn't turn on even without the battery in either. I open the computer HDD is missing but everything else is plugged in(also as SSD in it). ICan show images of it you need too. And trying to see I can fix it.

No I don't see no led or no sign life at all. I think it may be the charger port is fired,or not solder in correct or the motherboard is screw.
