Question Don't understand why this gaming laptop wont turn on?

I brought a Msi GS63VR Stealth-252 off of someone who said it doesn't turn on even without the battery in either. I open the computer HDD is missing but everything else is plugged in(also as SSD in it). ICan show images of it you need too.

Any LEDs lit? Any fans move? Any signs of life at all?

No I don't see no led or no sign life at all. I think it may be the charger port is fired,or not solder in correct or the motherboard is screw.

No signs of life implies a defective motherboard. The current one likely was damaged by a heat and/or power issue. Replacing the motherboard is where I would start, if I could find one that was VERY inexpensive. Not sure what you paid for the dead laptop, but I wouldn't spend too much on it if it was me.
