When I am using my facebook on my lg g2 at some point it stops the phone and helds it and then the phone restarts so what can i do to stop this from happening whats the problem?

i have a male to male 3.5mm audio cable which i want to use to record audio from my psp but the problem is my hp steam 13 notebook has a combo jack that has a logo of a headphone with a mic so when plug in my cable it doesnot pickups it please help
