    They're Bluetooth (digital) headphones. The sound quality will mediocre no matter which brand/model you get. Most definitely opt for analog headphones if you have the means. Not to mention do you really want to have your headphones die mid-game? Probably not.

    How bad is it stripped? Use a rubber band to fill the stripped edges. Poke your screw driver into the rubberband with some force. Hopefully you can get enough grip to get it loose. The bottom HD tray screws shouldn't be that tight. Remember - righty tighty, lefty loosey :D

    A quick google search confirms 2820m works with your Laptop. The 2860qm is the same TDP, it should work. Dig a little deeper to confirm. Keep in mind upgrading your CPU is going to increase heat and decrease battery life by a large margin.

    Hi. Lower clock speeds using MSI afterburner...GPU is factory overclocked but no stable so it needs lower clock. good luck.

    Yup it can. The main requirement is DirectX 10.1 which you have. Performance wise? It will be decent. OverWatch has a lot of options to change graphically. You will have to sacrifice some visual quality obviously but it will be o.k.
