Does laptops have beeping sound or anything like that when battery is full?

Should I turn off my firewall while playing online games? Because I noticed that when my online game is starting, my ping goes up but when I close the game the ping suddenly goes down again. Why is that?

I think that as long as it is on High Performance, AMD is running. Am I correct?
