extension.so mething .com refused to connect. What does this mean? I try to log on to any web site but I get this text. Can anybody help, please?

I accidently dropped my iPad from a foot high onto a soft carpet and now anything dark in a photo is speckled with red. Can I fix it or do I need to buy a new iPad?

"Activation" My iPad asks for Apple ID and password because the owner (me) has used 'Find my Phone' to link to their Apple ID' Enter Apple ID and password used to set up iCloud' I don't recall ANY of these actions nor the password!! Must I buy a new iPad cos I can't get into this one?!!

My wife's iPad Mini crashes to a black screen in (almost) all Apps. She waits a while and it appears to reconnect but goes back to the opening screen!
