iPad colors are corrupt

I accidently dropped my iPad from a foot high onto a soft carpet and now anything dark in a photo is speckled with red. Can I fix it or do I need to buy a new iPad?

Can you fix it, probably not unless you know how to open it and check connections and maybe replace the screen. Depending on the iPad version it may be cheaper to have someone fix it though, check on the cost of that vs replacing it.
