Change of plans.
My current headset died on me yesterday and I have no replacement besides the integrated monitor speakers.
If there's no feedback about a better solution by then, I'll be ordering the PC 363D in about 5 hours (eligible for an Amazon 1-day delivery) (EDIT: See next post).
Thank...
Actually, bass can be heavy, as long as it's not overpowering; I just don't like music that runs off the idea that stronger and prominent bass equals higher quality.
In short, bassy can be more than fine, but that doesn't mean it has to be boomy.
As per fast paced, be it music or a videogame's...
If it wasn't clear, I'm absolutely ignorant when it comes to audio, and I'm basing everything off from what I've read around. Sorry if what I said before sounded a little overboard :)
Still, that pretty much cleared a couple foggy parts I had, and possibly did so for the OP as well; the general...
Wherever I read (since I'm looking for headphones/headsets too), it is said that anything sporting positional audio by simulation or real multiple channels is to be avoided, as it's just a gimmick. I find that a bit overzealous and prone to misunderstanding after 3 years with a CM Storm Sirus...
Just to add a different product, you could try out the CM Storm Sirus. Had them for 3 years now, and while there could have been surely better, they were pretty awesome (currently trying to phase them out as they're breaking down, but received no help from the forums, as of yet :P).

This question actually became broader than just about gaming. Again, sorry everyone ^^"
Budget is 400€. main usage is going to be PC gaming, but I'd like to use them for other stuff (music, TV, console gaming), even if ever so often.
By massive amounts of...
It has an APU, not a CPU, but is better than the rest you posted. IMO, medium should run nicely, and perhaps even high (by tweaking some settings).
Mind you, as I already stated, I don't own the game, so I'm purely guessing at averages if it wasn't clear already.
Running is a bit different than playing...
It's up to the OP to actually make that decision, but it's usually nice to be clear when it comes to that.
As we both already stated, games will run, but lowest settings at 800x600/1024x768 and 30 fps aren't exactly enjoyable :P

I don't own the game, nor did I try it, but from what I've read and seen, all of them will run the "game" but won't make it playable/enjoyable. iGPUs are good for office activities and basic multimedia, but gaming is usually a no-no unless we're talking of pre-2004 games.
There really is no...
I recall using Matlab at school (IT address)...they had low-end dual core pentiums and winXP. Recently been there on visit, they still have those.
We coded in ASM, C, C++, Java AND Matlab on those. All used to run very nicely, albeit compilation on bigger projects and Matlab plots or other...
Are you sure the screen is actually completely black and not just un-lit? If it's an old laptop model with LCD "lamps" to provide backlight, they might have expired, broken down or have just been deactivated.
There should be a FN button combo to disable/enable screen backlight, so try that...
They're all reading a different sensor...lol
No way to be absolutely sure of that at this point, and on that account, spewing some heat from the fans is a good thing, but not if you actually feel an INTENSE heat.
If you think you're clear, I'm glad for you. My OCD wouldn't let me go until I...
