First off, there's no real point in you buying a 4x4GB Kit, you cannot run quad channel, it isn't supported with most motherboards I don't believe, that may be wrong. I would recommend you to get a 2x8GB Kit to run dual channel, as that is supported. Not sure on the 4x4GB memory controller...

Turn on VSync and it may fix that issue. I'm guessing your screen can only allow 60Hz so hence the extra frames can cause stuttering something.

Agree'd I've used it on my tablet, and I had it on my phone/still have it, just don't use it. Never had any issues with it, on my computer or anything. I don't use a VPN either.

What sort of freeze is it? Just a drop to 0 FPS for 2-3 seconds then regulates its self again? This could be a result in overheating, do you have your CPU temperatures while gaming? In addition to this, could you provide me with the GPU temperatures as well? This could also be to do with too...
