We both play candy crush saga one on iPhone the other on iPad each level we both have the same score. Why is this?

Actually, i have installed these game on my DELL Inspirion 15 3000 series with intel core i3 processor laptop but i can't control some of the things like swiping things in boom beach and candy crush saga and can't move(rotate,turn in any side) the sniper properly and much more things.

Candy crush saga is going out constantly when it does come back on I touch the game and keeps going out. Whenever it lets me play for alittle bit I lose my lives keeps going out. It doesn't show my friends playing on there either. Please fix this problem, it is frustrating!!! Thanks
