just bought a toshiba laptop It is a skull candy edition and I exited out of the operating system before it was complete and now I don't know how to get back onto the operating system startup can anyone help

Hmmm. What do you mean by exited out of the operating system? If you think what I mean you think you need to boot pu your pc and as you see a blue or black screen press f2. From there you should be able to navigate a menu with a blue background and find the boot up options. Simply mess around with the selected drive till you get it right.
