Clean Install

So i thought i had my bookmarks stored on my google account. Because i tryed to find the folder without luck. After clean install in windows 10 and i installed google and log on the bookmarks was gone. I do not want to repeat and want to backup store my bookmarks. i search google etc. no help...

I will be reusing my SSDs and HDD on my new build. I will do a clean install of OS but how do I know my other SSDs and HDD are clean?
