Hello, if i have two laptops how can i conect them both to give a dual monitor effect

Ever since I started using the Detonator Drivers for my video card, I've had dual monitors.... Basically, when I installed the Detonators, Windows felt the need to detect an "Unknown Monitor" and install it. Is there anyway to turn this off?
