Hi everyone,
I am new here and I hope you will be able to help me.
I have a LG multimedia speaker system (LH70B) which is a 2.1 speaker system.
I also have another pair of these exact same speakers and I would like to connect them to the system which would make 4 speakers connected to the...
I have microlab solo 6c and left speaker is passive and right is active, that means that right one has an amplifier and left is recieving power from the right one. Right one is hissing when volume is 8, 18, 28, 38, 48, 58 (60 limit), but sometimes in between.Today I turned off some electric...

I asked a similar question a week ago, but got no response. Here is a rephrase...
If I have a motherboard with an SPDIF output, and I have a PCI-E soundcard with an SPDIF output and a much better signal-to-noise ratio, will I get better audio from the soundcard or will the two be identical?
I checked out all the specs before it but what still puzzles me is two things:
- Signal to noise ratio: >93.5 dB, typical 100
- Input impedance: 8,000 ohms
Whats signal to noise ratio
And what is Input Impedance? 8000 ohms seems a hell of a lot compared to all the other speakers I had a look at.
