Question “Your iPhone has been hacked“ pop up

I think my phone is infected because my data usage is higher than normal and I keep getting a “your iPhone has been hacked“ pop up. Is this any kind of virus or really my is hacked?
How can I get solve this problem?

Check app permissions, some apps use data in background. Also make sure you have nothing installed that didn't come with the phone or was installed by you consciously.

Apple security is quite good, this is a tech support scam. Don't call any phone numbers you are given.

Is your iPhone old? I remember a few years ago (this happened to me back in like 2017 so this might not be the case now) something similar would happen on the iPad Air that i got for Xmas 2014 where a notice saying something like “iPad is disabled: you can unlock again in x amount of time” would appear whenever you attempted to open the device.
Sadly, that iPad broke for good a few days after it started permanently showing the message so I'm just crossing my fingers the same doesn’t happen to you.
