The only pentium I know that's 1.1ghz is the N4200 quad core that turbos to about 2.5ghz on one core but only supports 8gb of ram and it's a ultra low power 6w CPU used in netbooks and some compute sticks. If that's the one then using autocad on it isn't going to be a nice experience.

You can't add more processor to a laptop. What are the full specs of the system? Very odd that a laptop would have 16 gb of RAM, a 1tb SSD and a low end Pentium CPU.
