I need a camera with interchangeable lenses for about 100 probably used

Even used, $100 for camera and lens is pretty tight.

If you get lucky you can find something in that price range used. Keep checking your local craigslist and ebay, and maybe amazon as well. Prices will vary but locally to me I've seen older Nikon, Canon and Pentax DSLRs drop pretty close to that.
But you're not going to be able to be picky.
