1080p vs 1080p Upscaled

Hi there, I was looking at some TV's that I'll likely buy for my bedroom. I was thinking a 40 inch tv located here:

But it says the 1080p display method is upscaled.

If I were to go with a 32 inch that is native 1080p located here:

Would I noticed a difference aside from size by playing games on my PS4 and watching movies? Playing games I normally sit pretty close to a TV but watching Netflix I usually lay down on my couch or bed. I'm all about trying to get the best possible picture between the two. The 40 inch would be more ideal because of size but I would definitely go with the 32 inch if it has a better overall resolution output.
