It's a 7+ year old, budget orientated business laptop. It's not going to be capable of much "gaming", especially not on newer titles.

Surprisingly though, an i3-2310M (I believe is the CPU you have) does actually meet the minimum requirements.

The i3, with HD3000 graphics and 4GB DDR3 *can* play the game at 800x600

Definitely not going to be the best experience in the world.... but it should run.

FWIW, the way the video memory works on those laptops (other than ones where you can config the GPU reserved portion), is as a % of the available system memory.
Increasing your system memory to the max 8GB, would give you...

Nobody seems to clearly list the VRAM requirements, instead just listing GPU chip requirements instead. Closest I can find is that the game requires 1 GB VRAM, which if that's the case, means the game will not run at all on your system.

Increasing your system memory to the max 8GB, would give you 256MB available as "VRAM".

It does state vram 1gb on requirements on konami, systemlabs and everywhere else that lists requirements. Notice it also lists intel hd 3000 which he has. Dvmt can go up to 50% of ram on windows 10, 1.7gb on earlier versions. He doesn't have just 128mb. Adding more ram won't change it to 256. Dvmt changes depending on needs. Technically he has 0 dedicated. Minimum requirements are met so it should be playable at least on low.
