13.3 in vs 14 in laptop

Just curious what everyone's opinions are. I am in the market for a more portable laptop than my 15.6 in hp. I am looking at laptops either 13.3 in or 14 in. Is there much of a difference here? Any preferences? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is little difference between a 15.6" and 13.3" laptop.

I am looking for a portable mid range laptop. Maybe some light gaming. My budget is $650 max.

Gaming really isn't my priority though. I would just be playing older, not graphic intense games. I have a 15.6 laptop. I am looking to downsize though for easier portability.
