$1300 wich is better?

My second option is this:

16GB of 2133 MHz DDR4 RAM 17.3" Full HD Display 1920 x 1080 Native Resolution NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M GPU (2GB GDDR5)

DVD Burner and Card Reader 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 USB 3.1 Type-C and SteelSeries Keyboard Windows 10 Home

The problem is that these two have the same price. (1299 US) . Please. Help me to choose because I have never use one of these brands and I don't know the performance of each one.
And if you know a better options or price, please let me know.
