Recently i've been haveing framerate issues and lag spikes which i didn't have before.
I tested my laptp and it seems bad but i'm not really into computers so i don't really know what i'm looking at.

Could someone help me with my probelms or what i can to to find the issues?

- EDIT: I've disabled my Intel Graphics Driver so everything was running trough my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 and i was running on 4 fps. Could this be something or not?

What are your CPU and GPU operating temperatures at idle and under load (like when gaming)?

You should not need to disable the IGPU, your system can manage its use when the dedicated GPU is not in use.
Idle around 40 Celcius. And when gaming around 70-85 Celcius. But can overheating probelms cause my FPS to literally be half?

Yes, overheating will cause throttling, lowering performance to protect the component. That being said, your temps are not too bad.

Have both your Intel and Nvidia drivers been updated (just confirming)?
Yes, i just asked someone else and he said to look at my dedicated graphics. He said that i have it, but it isn’t using any of the 6GB that i have. Could this be the problem? If so, any solutions?
