$1500 laptop with touchscreen and gaming GPU

I need a fairly high end laptop for Virginia Tech Undergraduate engineering. Requirements: http/. So, I need:

i7 CPU,
16 GB ram,
250 GB SSD along with a 1 TB HDD,
and preferably a touchscreen.

I also would personally like a decent GPU (like a GTX 1060/ AMD Equivalent or up). Budget is about $1500. Any suggestions? Thanks!
