Hello,
my laptop is 1520 vostro (dell)
when turn on two LED IS ON but other LED FLASHING.It isnot light on display.

Make sure battery is charged before turning on. Please tell us which LEDs are on (they should have symbols next to them, like the power on LED, HDD led and so on).
