I m looking for a 17.3" gaming laptop that features AMD CPU and GPU for gaming. I m asking cause i know the price of AMD components are significant lower than intel / nvidia combo.
There isn't much on Amazon. The CUK HP 17z with a quad core AMD A12-9720P and Radeon 530 seems to be your best choice for $700. However, the A12-9720P is somewhere around the performance of a dual core 2nd / 3rd generation Intel Core i5 CPU. The Radeon 530 dedicate GPU is entry level and it seems to be about as powerful as the nVida 930m.

Currently on Amazon, AMD's most powerful APU, the quad core FX-9830p, is found in one laptop; the 15.6" ASUS FX550IU-WSFX selling for $739. It has a Radeon RX 460 GPU. The FX-9830p is about equal to a dual core 4th generation Intel Core i5 CPU. The Radeon RX 460 seems to be equal to / marginally better than the nVidia GTX 960m.
The following $770 17.3" MSI GL72 7QF-1057 laptop with quad core 7th generation Intel Core i7-7700HQ and GTX 960m will not have any problems crushing the CUK HP 17z laptop for only $70 more. The GTX 960m should have no problems being at least 1.5x more powerful (150%) than the Radeon 540 GPU especially since it is paired up with the i7-7700HQ. So this laptop is 10% more expensive, but can provide at least 150% better performance in most games.
If you want to buy a laptop with a AMD APU & GPU, then just be aware that it will not be as good of a gaming laptop as a laptop with an Intel CPU and nVidia GPU at the same price point. Or spend a little more money for a laptop with an Intel CPU and nVidia GPU and get a huge performance increase.

I think you forgot to put "not" between "will" and "be". 😀
