Here's the thing.....the 4.76A is great.....also the 90w (which goes along with the 4.76A) is also great.
The 19V is where you MIGHT have an issue.....but you MIGHT not.
In other words....it MAY be enough depending on what the laptop is designed to accept.
This is something that we don't know.....and the only way to find out is to try it (other than getting the laptop specs for that particular voltage and I doubt we would be able to get that easily)
I don't think you will hurt anything though.
You aren't going to hurt the laptop if it's expecting 19.5 and you give it 19.
It just may not work.
