I use Asus VG248QE . The colors aren't amazing, and it's about 100 dollars over your budget. I don't know of any 144HZ monitors that retail around 150. You may have better luck with craigslist or ebay (used) if your budget is that strict. Just hope you don't get a screen with dead pixels.
