Solved! 2-in-1 laptop only charges to 70% and turns off at 50%

I have an ASUS Zenbook UX360CA. It only charges to 70% and dies at 50%. I'm about to order a new battery but I want to check and make sure that there isn't any thing else I can do to fix this, or if it could be another problem.

sounds like the battery is dead / messed up. I would just get the new battery and you should be OK.
