Hi everyone,
1 - can 6 ohms speakers be used with an 8 ohms receiver? is it safe?
2 - Is there an adapter available to be able to play music from a USB to a home stereo?

Solution
1. Depends on the particular receiver. Check the receiver manual or specs. If they don't give a power rating for a 6 ohm load you will be taking a chance by trying it. Might just go into protection, blow a fuse, or blow up.
2. Cheap way to do it

Better way to do it that does streaming too.

or portable digital audio player that you can use in other places too.
