2 years old laptop got overheated.

I'm using may laptop Acer Aspire E 14 during review but suddenly it turned off. I thought it was out of battery but when I charged it then switch it on, the light indicating power turned on but suddenly, it turned off after 3 seconds. Can you help me with this?

Could be a battery issue or possibly over heating. There are many different factors that could cause the PC to malfunction and turn off
I would recommend possibly taking the battery out for a bit then putting it back in and letting it charge.

Could be battery go bad. Take out battery and try to run pc with charger plugged in. If you can do so, get a new battery. Overheating is commonly due to dust accumulation, open you case and clean with light compressed air, do not use other stuff.

My laptop's battery is built in. And they told me that it got overheated. What can I do or can I buy and replace motherboard for it?
