Question 2011 iMac won't boot, shows signs of life

I have a 2011 iMac that works perfectly fine. I wanted to replace the ram so I did that but i got three beeps. So i reinstalled original RAM and now it doesnt turn on, fans turn on and off repeatedly. LED #1 turns on when connected to power and LED #2 flashes in sync with the fans. Please help. This iMac is pretty important to me so I really don't want to recycle it or just move on.

I hope it’s not connected to the internet.

Did you wear a grounding strap and did you drain the capacitors before you touched the RAM?

If the second set Mac certified or is it generic?
