I have a problem with my Toshiba 24 inch TV (Model No. 24P2305ZE) panel. Is that any other company panel replace with my TV panel or please tell me the price of 24 inch Toshiba TV Panel"

You can't use any other company panel and it's unlikely you will find an exact replacement. It's cheaper to just buy a new TV so they don't sell them.
