How do I know whether or not my system could support 64bit applications being x86? worth to mention that my system runs a Intel Core 2Duo T6500 3GB DDR2 RAM with 320GB HDD.

Solution
Support for 64bit instruction set & 64bit OS.
Physical. 2 cores / 2 threads.
RAM amounts are OS, motherboard or motherboard chipset limited - and not related to the CPU. CPU won't care about amount of RAM. 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, etc., it doesn't care.

no, it doesnot run a 64bit o/s but a 32, but it could be installed, could it not? How do you get to this conclusion? There's any link that can tellme about my processor specification I still doubing about it, not about your answer which by the way I appreciate. But, what does it make my processor able to run 64bit applications, the fact of being duoble [CPU] Intel Core 2? First of all are the CPUs physical or logical? Also is it possible that it could be expandable memory due to it? since if it is capable of running 64bit o/s in order of being able to run 64bit applications and x64 processor are capable of support 4GB memory RAM does that everything match out? Does it make sense to you?

a later computer with 64bit processor usually comes with a 4GB RAM minimum, does not it ? well that' what I mean by if my computer is able to run a 64bit application but it needs to have installed a 64bit o/s according to the specifications given which is a Intel Core 2DUO T6500 with 3GB DDR2RAM then how in the world if my computer has 3GB RAM it could not be expandable to 4 or even 8GB?

A 64bit CPU with 64bit OS will run 64bit software with 1GB of RAM. 3GB is fine.
4GB of RAM is not a requirement to run 64bit OS.

Not always. It depends on the price. Low price often mean low specs, including less RAM.
This 2011 HP 635 comes with 2GB Memory and has Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit installed.
