My HP ProBook 450 G3 Notebook PC starts to boot, screeching noises come from the CD Rom area but it never loads past the HP logo and the screen flickers.
So far I have ran the following tests:
Do you think the DVD/CD is the issue? If so, how can I disable it so that the computer will boot. I really need to get some files off of it.
Processor is: Intel i5-6200U CPU @2.3GHz
SKU/Product: T1B70UT#ABA
BIOS Version: N78 Ver. 01.44 10/31/2019

- 2 hour long test for PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI: Passed
- Quick Hardware UEFI test: Passed
- Memory test: Passed
- I attempted a BIOS update but it said: System could not find one of the BIOS update binary files
