2x GTX780 vs 1x gtx980ti

Ok I have a question I can't figure out what to do here. My question is. Should I go with 2 GTX780 3gb {model number GV-N780OC-3GD REV2.0 } or 1 GTX 980ti 6gb I would save nearly 300 bucks if get the 780's because I already OWN 1 of them. I was thinking the 780 because of the 6gb ram and the massive amounts of Quda cores I would get etc. I just aren't real sure I did build my pc but im not Certified or anything so im asking for professional advice. I currently have a corsair HX850 PSU. Mother board is ASUS Maximus hero 7.Please Help!!!!!

If your gaming more than rendering then the GTX 980TI will suit you best.
