3.5mm out to 6 CH Input

I am attempting to connect my Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium to my Insignia IS-HC040917 then out to my Monoprice 5.1 Channel Home Theater Satellite Speakers & Subwoofer. Is this possible? This is all new to me, I typically just plug the speakers into the soundcard, but these speakers only have the red/black copper wire connectors.

That card and receiver both have optical connection, you just need at toslink cable to connect the 2 and get 6 channel sound.

You need 3 pairs of 3.5mm to twin phono rca connectors.

These run from the soundcard to the 6 channel analog input on the rear of the amp.

Your speakers obviously plug into the black speaker outputs on the amp.

Your soundcard & the receiver do both support toslink optical audio which is a single cable & 'should' be the easy , cheapest & tidiest option.
However a lot of people have iaauea getting proper 5.1 surround out of these old creative cards via optical cable.

both are technically options although it is true that optical 5.1 support (instead of 2.0) can be hit or miss with older products.

Depends on what you're using as well. Something like Kodi that can just passthrough the surround signal and let the receiver decode it might have better luck than the software on the PC or a game, etc, being expected to detect the correct speakers, etc.
