$300 budget for a processor

I am taking music producing seriously to say the least and my HP p6360a with an i3 processor cannot handle all the vst and tracks I have in my fruity loops projects. CPU usage rises to 99% in some parts and remains at 92 - 93% in the not so heavy parts. I also use 40 - 60 tracks on the mixing chain and a shit ton of vst. I would like to know if I could be able to find a processor for my needs & budget?

You could try getting a i5 4th gen processor, I have one in my newly built PC and it is great. But I'm just not too sure you can upgrade your CPU in your current PC so you might have to get another one, or build one yourself.
